About Rebecca Geanty
Rebecca Geanty is a registered acupuncturist based in Norwich, offering private and multi-bed acupuncture with a particular focus on fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care. Her approach is calm, individual and grounded in listening carefully to the whole picture of what someone is dealing with.
Many people come to Rebecca when they feel they have been holding things together for a long time and want treatment that feels steady, thoughtful and personal. She often works with people who are trying to conceive, feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating pregnancy, or looking for support during recovery after birth.
Rebecca graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM), where she trained in both Five Element constitutional acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This combined training gives her a broad and flexible approach, allowing her to support patients with a wide range of concerns across mental, emotional and physical health.
Rebecca is fully licensed and practises in line with current health and safety regulations. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), and some patients may be able to claim for treatment through their health insurance.
She sees patients in both private one-to-one appointments and in a multi-bed clinic setting, with appointments available throughout the week. Rebecca has a particular interest in natural fertility support for both women and men, as well as care throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period.
In 2011, Rebecca set up the Acupuncture Childbirth Team for East Anglia (ACT) to promote the sharing of acupuncture knowledge and skills between practitioners, and to support more natural approaches to birth across East Anglia.
Rebecca is known for her calm, caring and patient-focused approach. She takes time to listen carefully, understand the wider picture, and work with each person to agree realistic goals and supportive treatment plans. Her aim is to offer acupuncture that feels thoughtful, reassuring and genuinely supportive.

Rebecca first established Norwich Acupuncture Rooms in 2011 at the Orange Grove Clinic. As more patients began looking for affordable acupuncture in a multi-bed setting, the clinic outgrew its original space and later moved to larger premises.
The practice is now based at 2–4 Lawson Road, Norwich, NR3 4LF, just a few minutes’ drive from the city centre, within Treat Norwich. There is on-site parking, including a disabled space, as well as ground-floor disabled access and toilet facilities.
